Zelensky before European Council' President

I am glad to welcome today in Ukraine - on the very first day of work of the new leadership of the European institutions - the President of the European Council, Antonio Koshta.

 We discussed our vision of European and global affairs - existing problems and prospects.

 This symbolic start of work reflects the main priorities for all of us in Europe. Peace is the foundation, and we will continue to do everything in order to end as soon as possible this war unleashed by Russia not only against Ukraine, but also against united Europe, to end this war justly and to strengthen our Europe - the institutions of the European Union and the support policy of every European country.

 Grateful for Ukraine's support from day one of the full-scale Russian invasion.
