In a significant security development, Shabwa Defense Forces have released recorded confessions from a Houthi-affiliated cell involved in carrying out acts of highway robbery and targeting vital oil facilities in the province.

This move is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security and stability in Shabwa and to counter sabotage activities that threaten the economic infrastructure.

The recorded confessions show members of the cell admitting to receiving directives from Houthi leaders to carry out attacks on oil pipelines and other critical installations. These operations aim to destabilize the economy and create chaos in liberated areas.
