President Al-Zubaidi bids farewell to UAE scholarship students in Abu Dhabi, urges them to excel academically

President Commander Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council and Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, bid farewell today, Thursday, at Aden International Airport, to 100 top-achieving high school students from various governorates of South. They were heading to the capital, Abu Dhabi, on scholarships provided by the United Arab Emirates in several scientific disciplines.

In his farewell speech, President Al-Zubaidi urged the students to work hard and pursue academic excellence, emphasizing the importance of being the best ambassadors for their homeland, the South, so that they can return with knowledge and education and contribute to the process of construction and development.

President Al-Zubaidi also expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the United Arab Emirates, represented by its President, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, for its generous and continuous support for our country in various fields, most notably the education sector, which represents a true investment in human capital.  For their part, the students and their families expressed their sincere gratitude to President Al-Zubaidi for his great efforts in providing this scholarship, and to their brothers in the UAE for their generous support. They emphasized that this opportunity serves as an incentive for them to continue on the path of excellence and serve their country.
